Good times to try:

  • Friday after work — to clear the week

Saturday morning — to begin the weekend with space

Sunday afternoon — to reset before the week ahead

Add it to your calendar as: Weekend Reset — return-to-self walk

How to get the best from this experience

Use one earbud so you can hear your surroundings.

Keep your phone in your pocket.

Let the pauses be part of the experience.

Do not worry if your mind wanders.

Do not try to “do it perfectly.”

Just walk, listen, notice, and return.

Your 5-week practice

  • Week 1: Notice how full your mind feels.

  • Week 2: Notice what your body has been carrying.

  • Week 3: Notice what helps you feel present.

  • Week 4: Notice what feels clearer after walking.

  • Week 5: Notice what has changed since you began.

No pressure. No streaks. No guilt.

You can only return.
