Before and after each walk, score yourself from 1–10 in these five areas:

1 = clear, 10 = overloaded
Body tension
1 = relaxed, 10 = tense
Presence
1 = disconnected, 10 = fully here
Clarity
1 = foggy, 10 = clear
Aliveness
1 = flat, 10 = alive
